Man with shotgun arrested after allegedly holding 2 people hostage at uk bowling alley
A man with a shotgun was arrested on Sunday after he allegedly entered a bowling alley at a British shopping center and held two employees hostage. The man was arrested hours after Warwickshire police were called to Bermuda Park about an ongoing incident, Sky News reported. The police department wrote on Twitter that the incident was “unconnected to any terrorist activity,” but urged people to avoid the shopping center as the incident unfolded. Mehdi Amshar, the chief executive of MFA Bowl, told Sky News the gunman was holding two staff members hostage and is believed to be the ex-husband or ex-boyfriend of one of the employees. The other employees and customers at the bowling alley were evacuated safely. All our staff, the rest of our staff, are safe and they made sure that all the customers have left the premises so everybody is in safety, with the exception of the two people who are missing, Amshar said. British police end armed hostage-taking
A gunman who reportedly held two employees hostage at a central England bowling alley has been arrested after armed police moved in.
He was treated at the scene and taken to a hospital for treatment after holding two workers for roughly four hours on Sunday.
The hostages were unharmed and details about the gunman's condition were not released. He has not yet been charged or identified.
Warwickshire Police Superintendent Alex Franklin-Smith said specialist firearms squads and police negotiators rushed to Bermuda Park, the shopping centre where the bowling alley is located, when reports of a possible hostage situation came in.
We are pleased that we were able to bring this incident to a peaceful resolution and that there were no injuries, he said.
The bowling alley's operations director, Chris Clegg, said the two hostages were checked by medical personnel and appeared to be fine.
Earlier, Warwickshire police had warned the public to stay away from the shopping centre in Nuneaton, north of the town of Coventry, but said the problem was not terrorism-related.
Mehdi Amshar, chief executive of the MFA Bowl bowling alley chain, told Sky News he believed the gunman was an ex-husband or former boyfriend of an employee, but he couldn't be sure. Police did not confirm those details.
The police response may have been heightened by concerns about a possible extremist attack. Britain's official terrorist threat level is set as severe, indicating an attack is thought to be highly likely.
Gun crimes are rare in Britain, which has strict firearm control rules.

Hostage taker suspect 'holding weapon' enters bowling alley - Daily Mail
A biker gang member was last night charged with a string of offences after he allegedly held up a bowling alley packed with children armed with a sawn-off shotgun. David Clarke, 53, (left) whose former partner Alison Neale worked at the centre, was being questioned by officers and was later charged on Monday night. It is thought Miss Neale was not on duty when a man walked into the MFA Bowl at Bermuda Park in Nuneaton in Warwickshire on Sunday, carrying a shotgun. Two staff members of staff, aged 24 and 17, were held hostage for more than four hours and armed police rushed to the scene (top and bottom right). It comes after footage captured a man holding aloft a sawn-off shotgun as he entered the busy bowling alley (inset).

Here's a type of video I haven't done in a while. A traveling time lapse.
I leave from the MFA Bowl in Worcester and I end up at the Sainsbury's at St Marks in Wolverhampton.
The music is called Time Machine by Waterflame you can listen to it here there's also a download link in that video description. I highly recommend you checkout Waterflame's music.
