Heuvelring Tilburg zit vol goed nieuws, nu ook het Midi-theater verkocht.
De Heuvelring is als het gaat om de verbouwing in een stroomversnelling gekomen. Was daar eerst het goede nieuws dat het pand van de Zino een nieuwe eigenaar en bestemming kreeg. De plek van de afgebroken chinees een officiële naam kreeg: het Panhuiisenpad,
Nu is het pand van de Midi het middelpunt van het goede nieuws.
Het Midi-theater aan de Heuvelring in Tilburg is dan eindelijk verkocht.
Eind 2011 besloot het college om het theater in de verkoop te zetten. Met daarbij de ambitie dat het gebouw als theatergelegenheid voor Tilburg kon worden behouden.
Het was een lange en moeizame weg.
De gemeente Tilburg stopte tot nu toe bijna 10 miljoen euro in het theater. Het stond te koop voor 2 miljoen en wordt nu verkocht voor iets meer dan 1,3 miljoen aan twee Tilburgse beleggers.
Midi moet een podium worden voor de amateurkunst. De nieuwe eigenaren willen de deuren van het theater zo snel mogelijk weer openen. Wordt vervolgt.

A portal to the ultra grotesque has been opened by these five entities from Nijmegen
In one of the oldest cities of the Netherlands, five entities assembled and opened a portal with black rituals to effuse the ultra grotesque. They're the members of Hadewych, Distel, Donné et Desirée and Dead Neanderthals, who yield blackened doom and embody a poetic tale of avant-garde drones with percussion, bass and enthralling vocals.
