Snoopy Museum Tokyo has reopened at Minami-Machida Grandberry Park in Machida City, Tokyo. As an official satellite of the Charles Schulz Museum, you will find display art of Peanuts through original comic strips and other exhibits. The new location is about twice the size of the previous one at Roppongi Hills.

The Museum features multi-dimensional exhibitions that introduce the legacy of Charles M. Schulz and the whole Peanuts gang, consisting of original and reproduced comic strips, vintage goods and animation.
BROWN'S STORE is where to find original merchandise exclusive to Snoopy Museum Tokyo, and the PEANUTS Cafe located just next to the museum has an original menu for your dining pleasure. Kenzie and I met originally planned to go to the amusement park in Yokohama, but the weather wasn't nice that day, so we switched up our plans and went to Machida instead to go shopping and to SWEETS PARADISE... We failed, but had a fun day :3

Looking for one of the best ramen in Tokyo? Tengokuya, featured in Best of the Best RAMEN, is located in Machida City, Tokyo and is a must eat Japanese ramen in Tokyo. What's crazy is that the shop uses reverse osmosis machine to purify the water for its soup!

With an exceptional Tabelog rating of 3.81, this shop ranks within the elite-tier of ramen shops in Japan. Needless to say, it is a must-try for ramen enthusiasts.
Speaking of elite, the current women’s IBF Jr. Mini Flyweight world champion, Saemi Hanagata, actually works at the shop when she’s not training! Saemi recently had her first ever title-defense in September 2019, and succcessfully retained her belt.
Tengokuya has a fairly wide menu, which means repeat visits are likely necessary if you want to try all their offerings. It's a lengthy 20-minute walk from Naruse Station (or bus it from the station), requiring a little extra effort to access, which goes to show this place is for the dedicated at heart, but your efforts will be rewarded with knock-out taste.

This videowalk is going through Enoshima bridge, main part of shrines, the top of Enoshima tower, caves and boat to the main land.
Enoshima is a small offshore island, about 4 km in circumference, at the mouth of the Katase River which flows into the Sagami Bay of Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. Administratively, Enoshima is part of the mainland city of Fujisawa, and is linked to the eponymous Katase section of that city by a 600-metre-long (2,000 ft) bridge.

A Trip to Japan in Sixteen Minutes, Revisited
In 1902 the German Japanese poet, artist, and critic Sadakichi Hartmann, also known as the king of bohemians, led a much-anticipated scent concert at the New York Theatre. Promising to suspend space and time, the concert was designed to offer an olfactory voyage from New York to Japan such that the nose [was] guaranteed arrival in Yokohama. After several production delays, the concert was slotted as the penultimate act on a popular Sunday burlesque music and comedy series. In a room filled with tobacco smoke and boisterous crowds, the act was doomed to fail. The artist bowed mid-performance amid catcalls and jeers and left the stage, never to publicly revisit the project.
The Los Angeles--based Institute for Art and Olfaction picks up where Hartmann gave up, presenting a collaborative contemporary interpretation of the failed scent concert at the Hammer Museum. A Trip to Japan in Sixteen Minutes, Revisited consists of six segments, each accompanied by an original scent composition made by perfumer Sherri Sebastian. Through a reinvention of Hartmann's propagation mechanism by Kamil Beski and Eric Vrymoed, the scents will be released into the room in time to an original sound track by Bennett Barbakow and live Foley elements by Julia Owen - the whole elucidated in a limited edition program by Micah Hahn. Participants will be blindfolded so that they can enjoy an immersive olfactory experience that, in an updated version of Hartman's ill-fated voyage, takes them from modern-day Los Angeles to Tokyo.
