madhavpur ek under-rated beach hai lekin iski sundarta kisi foreign beach se kam nahi hai.
agar aap somnth tepmle ki mulakat lete ho to is beach ki mukalat jarur le, ye somnath se 70km ki duri par hai.

Krishna married Rukmini at Madhavpur after first kidnapping her, according to folklore. This event is memorialised with a temple dedicated to lord Madhavrai and by an annual fair held in the village.

This is one of the famous beach in porbandar and Junagadh area in Gujarat. also the longest one (about 3 km long beach parallel to highway). this is parallel to the highway of Porbandar to Somnath. this sea is a best places for Pre-Wedding photo shoot and always special when you came here. also beach is very clean, you can enjoy coconut water and camel ride.
About Madhavpur Ghed
A scenic town, Madhavpur (Ghed) is situated on a sandy coastile and is endowed with coconut trees and fertile agriculture land. It hosts the beautiful Madhavraiji Haveli Temple in addition to the Rukmini no choro, which marks the place where celebrated with an annual fair held by the villager. Nearby are the ruins of a Shiva temple, probably from the 12th c. The beach is perfect for taking in the sea breeze.
