旅行時我喜歡看些與別不同的風景
相比起留在市區 我們決定了花半天的時間到郊區走走
去了這個小山區絕對是令我很難忘的一個行程
雖然行山的時候有點吃力
但上到去cafe的時候真的很開心
望著一片樹林包圍住小屋群
有種世外桃源的感覺
而且感覺空氣都格外清新自由
有機會我希望下次可以到那裡住幾晚民宿
感受一下與世隔絕的寧靜

This is just a small town on the edge of the national park, but there is an abundance of guest houses and coffee shops. Some of them are pretty cool like this one:
You can zip line for a few hours, spend the night in a local guest house, or combine with other adventures such as white water rafting.

Ban Rak Thai | Ngôi làng xinh xắn (Mae Hong Son)
Ban Rak Thai! Ngôi làng xinh xắn vẫn được biết dưới cái tên khác là Mae Aw. Nghe lạ lắm đúng không? Bạn chưa từng biết tới đúng không? Nhưng tin mình đi, không nổi tiếng với chúng mình chẳng phải vì nơi đây không đủ “xịn” đâu nhé. Đến đây bạn sẽ thấy một Thái Lan rất khác, hay ho hơn tất thảy những bức ảnh mà trước nay khiến bạn phải xuýt xoa, khen tị đấy.
Ban Rak Thai khá bé, là một ngôi làng giữa đồi chè, nép mình ở nơi cao nhất của tỉnh Mae Hong Son. Từ đây đi qua biên giới Thái Lan – Myanmar gần xịt, chừng một 1km thôi. Một ngôi làng trên đất Thái, lại nằm ở vùng biên và là nơi người Hoa lưu vong sinh sống. Chỉ nghe về tiểu sử qua qua như vậy cũng đủ để khiến người ta phải tò mò rồi.
Dân cư ở đây nói cả tiếng Hoa lẫn tiếng Thái nhưng tiếng Hoa có phần phổ biến hơn. Người lớn trong làng hầu như nói tiếng Hoa, lớp trẻ thì biết chút chút tiếng Thái. Ngôi làng chuyên trồng chè và sống khá biệt lập với thế giới bên ngoài. Những năm gần đây, Ban Rak Thai “mở cửa” đón khách, chủ yếu vẫn chỉ là khách Thái. Chính vì lý do đó mà nơi này không được nổi tiếng như nhiều điểm du lịch khác mà mọi người hay biết tới.
Nói sao về Ban Rak Thai nhỉ, nó thực sự mang cái chất của người Hoa nhưng không mờ đi cái nét của người Thái. Ngôi làng giống sự giao thoa văn hóa vậy, người ta không cảm giác đậm đặc bản sắc Trung Hoa như ở những nơi di cư khác. Họ học tập người Thái, sống hòa hợp với thiên nhiên và xây những ngôi nhà mang dáng dấp Thái, để con cháu mình học tiếng Thái.
Muốn tới Ban Rak Thai từ Bangkok, các bạn có thể mua vé máy bay để tới Chiang Mai, sau đó lên xe khách tới Mae Hong Son (khoảng 5-6h). Từ Mae Hong Son chạy qua Ban Rak Thai chừng hơn 40km nữa. Đoạn này thì các bạn có thể thuê xe máy, đi xe taxi hoặc rẻ nhất là bắt xe bus từ chợ Mae Hong Son. Một ngày chỉ có hai chuyến xe thôi, nên chịu khó lên lịch di chuyển để đỡ phải đợi xe lâu nha. Đi lại có vẻ hơi vất nhưng được cái cảnh đẹp, không khí trong lành, tha hồ bay nhảy và tận hưởng.
