Maharaja Water Park -- A Water filled Getaway | Jahangir peer Dargah

Water animals out there good news for you, Hyderabad has a new water park to its feathers.

Located outside the city, the park provides a complete entertainment package for the family.

If you are game for a long drive with family and water fun is what you are looking for than Maharaja Water Park is what you are looking for.


We spoke to Mr Qadeer Maharaja and this is what he had to say.


We usually go to Jahangir peer Dargah every year. In Dargah we observed from Thursday to Sunday that a crowd of over 1lakh people used to visit on these days. So my elder brother Mohamed Shafeeq Pasha decided to open up a water park for recreation.

The Park is spread over 4 acres. It has Asias biggest pool of size 120×130. We have separate pools for gents and ladies. In a gents pool we have around 6 slides all together, Another 2 slides and 1 kinton bucket in the gent's pool.

Food court is not yet open, opening in about a week with Chinese and Mughlai cuisine.

Our park is different because it is safe. The depth of pools is varying from 2ft to 4ft only.
