Kamrunag Temple is the main diety of Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh.It is also famous as the Diety of Rains.It is situated at an approximate altitude of 3200 meters.Climate is mostly cool. Every year there is a fair at this place approximately on any of the date of June month between 13th and 15th, actually it is held on first day that is Sajja of desi month.It is not approachable by road.The nearest road point is at Rohanda which is around 50 to 60 km from Mandi, and around 30 to 35 km from Sundernagar.There is almost a steep trek from Rohanda to Kamrunag which is 6Km and takes 3 hours to reach. Saroa to Kamrunag trek is around 8 km of distance and is said to be somewhat easy but most of the visitors follow the trek from Rohanda.

The temple is dedicated to Goddess Durga. It is supposed that Goddess Durga vanquished Mahishasur (a demon in the form of a buffalo) here. Various buffaloes are sacrificed every year during Navratri. Pangna-Karsog Valley is a picturesque valley with forested mountain sides sloping down from the ridgelines. Situated in Mandi district, this open valley is famous for its apple orchards as well as its expansive meadows.
Other than its terraced slopes, this valley is also home to the historical Pangana Fort. Famous for its unique architecture and wooden carvings, this seven storied fort is a tourist attraction and is mainly visited for the old world charm that it exudes.
