Vehicles having trouble getting over steep raised crosswalks in Waianae
Transportation Department officials tell us the raised crosswalks are steeper than what they wanted to build. They say they used an old topographic survey on file instead of doing a new one to get more information for that area.
Makaha Beach Snorkeling - Oahu, Hawaii
Some footage from this past Sunday I got at Makaha Beach, Oahu Hawaii. This location is known for the Turtle Spa, or Turtle Town where green sea turtles come to get their shells cleaned by the fish. There is also a statue further out from the spa shown in the short film! Some beautiful water and great wildlife here.. I would definitely recommend making it a spot to visit if you're on the island. Thanks for watching!

MERMAID CAVE AND ZABLAN BEACH - WAIANAE - OAHU - HAWAII

Oahu Island is home to roughly one million people - about two-thirds of the population of the U.S. state of Hawaii. The city of Honolulu, largest city, state capital, and main deepwater marine port for the State of Hawaiʻi is located here.
Well-known features found on Oʻahu include Waikiki, Pearl Harbor, Diamond Head, Hanauma, Kaneʻohe Bay, Kailua Bay, North Shore.
I spent five days on Oahu Island, drove 340 miles by car and visited, incl. the places described below. My hotel was in Honolulu.

Waianae Neighborhood Community Center to Kaena Point 3/1/2019. Come ride with us from the Waianae Neighborhood Community Center to the end of Farrington Highway where is Ka'ena Point State Park. We have never been there before. At one time you could go completely around the island. Farrington Highway used to continue on to the Mokuleia side of the island until the road eroded away and fell to into the sea making it unusable. Enjoy!
