Ross Hopper’s family have been dairy farmers for more than 85 years and look forward to welcoming you to Maleny Dairies on your next visit to the Sunshine Coast.. This lush 350 acre property is just an easy one-and-a-half hour drive from Brisbane and runs tours twice daily (Monday to Saturday). You’ll meet Guernsey cows and calves, see a hand-milking demonstration, and sample award-winning dairy products. Don’t forget to bring an esky so you can take some dairy deliciousness home with you!

Maleny Dairies Family Farm Fun Day
Celebrating ten years since Maleny Dairies built their own processing plant. Here at Maleny Dairies we support seven other local farming families and this helps to keep dairy farming sustainable. To celebrate ten years of business we have opened our farm gate to the public and given them a cracking day out with lots of free activities. We raised $1412 for SunnyKids a local childrens charity here on the Sunshine Coast. Of course if you missed out on this exciting day you can still book a tour of the dairy which operate twice a day, everyday except Sundays. Call 5494 2392 to book.

Potato visits Maleny Dairy Farm in Maleny, QLD.
I went to #Maleny Dairies Farm in QLD with my family! Vinnie, our tour guide was very funny & interesting & told us a lot about dairy farming. I got to bottle feed 4 week old calves & help milk a mama cow. The strawberry yogurt was very yummy & I got to buy strawberry milk to take with me. The ice cream was also delicious!
