Pateke Lagoons is a 42 acre wetlands estate and small farm. It is situated on the Kapiti Coast of New Zealand, 70k north of the capital, Wellington. The property consists of dune lakes, pasture and regenerating native forest. Approximately 30 acres are protected in perpetuity with the Queen Elizabeth ll National Trust.

Many cups of tea were consumed during the filming of this video.
We took a little diving excursion to The Poor Knights Islands from Tutukaka Marina, on a warm cloudy summers day on the north island of NZ. Our crew from Yukon Dive were the absolute best. The captain is the one playing the Native Indian flute at the beginning and end of the film.
We swam alongside stingrays and explored the life among coral gardens. It was our first time diving the Pacific Ocean.
