Hickory Grove Family Campground, Marion Ohio
We are off to Hickory Grove Family Campground in Marion, Ohio. Talk about being off the beaten path, but the campground is very nice. The main attraction is a huge pond with a white sand beach and giant slide. There is also a very nice playground for children as well as boats, kayaks and canoes. We had a pleasant surprise when we pulled in a little later then we wanted. In the main office you could buy frozen pizza's and the staff will cook them, cut them, and box them for you!! Totally awesome and just what we needed after a long week of work! Not only are there tons of things around the campground to keep everyone busy, but the hosts offered family friendly games for all ages. We played glow stick games and took a hay ride. Needless to say we had a great time and will be back!
