Named after the Keppel brothers who settled in the area during the 1880s', the falls belong to the Taggerty River system. This video was filmed from Keppel Falls Lookout, approximately 10 km travel from the centre of Marysville along Lady Talbot Drive.

Going Bush Part 2 - Marysville
This video features Marysville which was badly hit by bushfires back in February 2009. The town has been rebuilding since that day and Angie finds out more from Jane Fraga owner of Fraga's Cafe/Restaurant. Frag's Cafe has rebuilt and is a meeting place for locals in Marysville. There are interesting shops and things to do around town such as a visit to Bruno's Art and Sculpture Garden. Angie and Terry take a look around the gardens and talk to Bruno about the effect, damage and rebuild. Bruno also shows off some of the fine artwork and sculptures on display.

The Marysville Hotel and Conference Centre was identified as one of 8 catalyst projects that could assist in the regeneration of Marysville by providing a stimulus to its economic recovery in the 'Marysville & Triangle Urban Design Framework' Report (Victorian Bushfire Reconstruction and Recovery Authority and Murrindindi Shire Council, November 2009). Significant progress has been made in the social and environmental recovery of local communities after the devastating 2009.
