Hot Cops Do 'The Git Up' Challenge + We're ????
Most surprising about the viral dance craze that is the #GitUpChallenge is how it's touched every demographic. Age, race and gender don't make a difference in being swept up by #BlancoBrown and his dance steps — even police officers are getting into it!
This video is a mash-up of hot cops doing 'The Git Up' Challenge videos. One or two might have been ordered to do their department proud by sliding to the left and right but most butterfly and cowboy boogie because they're feeling it.

Chamique Holdsclaw Holdin' It Down With Q & D | Knuckleheads S2: E5 | The Players' Tribune
Chamique Holdsclaw joins the fellas on another episode of Knuckleheads with Quentin Richardson and Darius Miles. The Queens LEGEND talks about what it was like growing up and hooping with guys. She discusses how she knew Ron Artest and Lamar Odom before they became stars, and also explains that she was often chosen in front of players like that when she was playing pickup. The conversation then moves from the city to the country, specifically to Knoxville, Tenn., where Chamique played for Pat Summitt. She has no shortage of stories about her old coach, everything from Pat throwing clipboards to how she inspired so many young women to be great — it’s a revealing glimpse into Pat Summitt’s true character. Chamique and the guys also talk about her decorated career at Tennessee, where she won three national championships and scored more than 3,000 points. Darius and Q also ask her what it was like to be the first woman ever on the cover of SLAM magazine cover, and then Chamique tells them how special it was to get to play for Team USA before she even got to the WNBA. She recounts the story the birth of the WNBA and about getting drafted into the league, as well as how it was possible for her to live out her childhood dreams. And you won’t want to miss hearing what it was like to play in Korea. Chamique also recalls the first time she met MJ, and goes on to explain how he became one of her mentors. Lastly, she goes into her efforts to raise awareness about mental health and why she thinks the issue is so important. “Mique” is a basketball treasure, and gives Darius and Q all they can handle in another great episode.

Madonna- Music & usher - Yeah MaShUp ! ! !
FACEBOOK FAN PAGE: -Madonna (born Madonna Louise Ciccone on August 16, 1958) is an American recording artist, dancer, actress and entrepreneur. Born in Bay City, Michigan and raised in Rochester Hills, Michigan, Madonna moved to New York City in 1977, for a career in modern dance. After performing as member of the pop musical groups Breakfast Club and Emmy, she released her self-titled debut album in 1983, and then produced three consecutive number-one studio albums on the Billboard 200 in the 1980s and four more since year 2000.
Madonna is known for exploring religious symbolism and sexual themes in her work. This drew criticism from the Vatican in the late 1980s.[2] In 1992, she founded an entertainment company, Maverick, which published a book of photographs (Sex). She also released a studio album (Erotica) and starred in a film (Body of Evidence) with erotic themes. These works generated negative publicity and coincided with a fall in commercial sales in the 1990s.[3] Madonna's career was revived in 1998, when the release of her album Ray of Light garnered critical acclaim.
Madonna has acted in 22 films. Although most failed critically and commercially,[4] she earned a Golden Globe Award for her role in the 1996 film Evita. Madonna is divorced from actor Sean Penn and gave birth to a daughter, Lourdes Maria (also known as Lola) in 1996 by her personal trainer Carlos Leon before she was married to film director Guy Ritchie for eight years. She and Ritchie have two sons, Rocco and David Banda, a Malawian boy they adopted in 2006, which caused media allegations they violated that country's adoption laws.
She has been regarded as one of the greatest pop acts of all time and dubbed the Queen of Pop by various sources.[5][6][7] She is ranked by the Recording Industry Association of America as the best-selling female rock artist of the twentieth century and the second top-selling female artist in the United States with 63 million certified albums.[8][9] Guinness World Records list her as the world's most successful female recording artist of all time and the top-earning female singer in the world with an estimated net worth of US$490 million, having sold over 200 million records worldwide.[10][11][12][13] On March 10, 2008, she was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.---------------------------------------------Usher Raymond IV (born October 14, 1978), known simply as Usher, is an American R&B-pop singer-songwriter and actor. He rose to fame in the 1990s, releasing the multi-platinum album My Way (1997) and 8701 (2001). His success continued with the release of his breakthrough album, Confessions (2004), which has sold over ten million copies in the United States, and been certified diamond by the RIAA. To date, he has sold approximately 38 million albums worldwide and has won five Grammy Awards.[2] In 2008, Usher was ranked as the 21st most successful Hot 100 Singles Artist of all-time by Billboard magazine.[3] He is one of the few artists of his generation to be mentioned. According to the Recording Industry Association of America, Usher has sold over 21.5 million albums in the United States.[4]
Aside from recording, Usher ventured in to other business. He had established his own record label, US Records, and is a part owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers franchise. He has also been appearing in films, debuting in the 1998 The Faculty. Usher is married to Tameka Raymond and has two sons and three stepsons.
