The Beast Out of the Sea
1And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. 2And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority. 3And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. 4And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? 5And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. 6And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
7And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. 8And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. 9If any man have an ear, let him hear. 10He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.
The Beast Out of the Earth
11And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. 12And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. 13And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, 14And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. 15And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
The Mark of the Beast
16And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: 17And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. 18Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
Jesus Christ is LORD and Savior the Son of God raised from the dead.
All glory to God.
Hallelujah.

A Tribute for our Mother Pearl M. Hall - October 10, 1938 – January 11, 2015
MAY THERE ALWAYS BE HAPPINESS IN YOUR LIFE Happiness cannot come from without. It must come from within. It is not what we see and touch or that which others do for us which makes us happy; it is that which we think and feel and do, first for the other fellow and then for ourselves. ~Helen Keller
Pearl Hall has made her journey to be with God. Residing in Greenville, NC for the past few years, Pearl lived in Flint, Michigan over 50 years, moving from Mississippi with her then husband, Leon Hall, Jr. She was the daughter of Lucille T. Chambers and Louis Magsby and is survived by her sister Leatha M. Baker (MI) and brother, James McNeary (CA). She is also survived by her children – Phyillis Harris, Debora Hall, Yasuko Hall, all from North Carolina; Dianne Mark (Eddie) from South Carolina, Toya Hall from Washington, and Darwin Hall (Andria) from Wisconsin. Like her own daughters, Lisa Tyler (Maurice), Vickie Martizna, and Kim Carpenter, survive her. She had 11 grandchildren: Ericka Harris, Leon Hall (Deceased), Ebony Harris, Talia Mark, Tashi Mark, Tyese Hall, Patricia Olgetree, Taylor Hall-Brown, Genesis Hall, Venus Hall, and Wisdom Hall. Thirteen great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends, who were truly a blessing, also survive her.
Born in Dundee, Mississippi, Pearl moved to Flint in 1955. During her time in Flint, she was a member of Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church, Providence Missionary Baptist Church, and the Order of the Eastern Star. She received her general education degree from Mott Adult High School and a certificate of achievement in the Activity Director Assistant program in 1986. Additionally, she attended Des Moines Area Community College’s early childhood certificate program and the early childhood development program at Mott Community College. She was employed with the Flint Public Schools, Genesee County Community Mental Health Department; J. C. Penney store; A M & A’s department store (Buffalo, NY); APSI (Dallas, TX); Tiny Tots Family Outreach program (Des Moines, IA); and at Hurley Medical Center. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, traveling, and being around family; especially her loving grandchildren and hanging out with her girlfriends.
A mother, grandmother, daughter, wife, friend, and a child of God, we will miss her and always love her; but know that God has called her to His Kingdom. May she rest peacefully in Heaven.

Freemason PIN poem
PIN - Submitted to the Grand Lodge of California Video Contest by Bro. Artur Babayan is a visual representation of a poem that describes Freemasonry. In our lodge, this poem is recited by a Master Mason when presenting the MM pin to a newly raised master mason. The story takes place in the 1880's in Southern Texas, when a mother and father greet their son, coming home from active duty.
PIN Poem
Well, well, well, here's our son
Bob, come back home again.
And see mother he's a wearin' a
brand new Masons pin. There's the
square and the compass and that
mystic letter G... So youall's
Master Mason since you got your
third degree.
And you're going to take the
Chapter, the Consistory and the
Shrine, and wear the crescent, the
Cymeter and the fez. Well now,
that's mighty fine.
You say that a Shriner's pin will
help you on in life. Well maybe it
will son, but when your Ma became
my wife, she told me she wasn't
marryin' me because of no pin, no
sir!
She said, it was on account of the
Masonry within.
Mother, would you all mind steppin'
out, there's one or two things in
the blue lodge that Bob don't know
about.
Now Bob, I'm aimin' to help you get
a real Masonic start.
That there pin...
Don't make you a Mason, it's got to
be in your heart. Most all Mason's
are good men son, but some are full
of sin and the orniest critters of
the whole darn bunch are them that
just wear pins... they just wear
them for business son, don't mean a
thing to them. Their Masonry
doesn't come from within.
To some masonry's words is livin'
fire. To others just and empty
sound.
You all know that in the sixties I
served with the boys in gray, Made
that death march with Picket on
Gettysburgs final day. Sixteen
thousand across that plain. We
charged right o'er our comrades
slain...
Through a great hole in the wall,
straight for a man in blue I bore.
A huge rock from that wall he
tore... to dash out my brains...
but ere it fell... He saw a pin we
both loved well. And in that
battle's roar and din, I heard him
say... pass on my brother, pass
in.
So wear your pin son... But wear it
with pride, let it stand for your
Masonry inside and when you hear the Great Architect callin' that final time, and you and your brethren are
standing in line, remember, the
Tyler, won't let you in, because of
the size or cost of your pin.

Tyler (or Tiler) is the name of the office of outer guard of a Masonic Lodge.
Are you the key master, are you the gatekeeper. silence! on the other side of the door, for the lock is on the inside of the door not on the outside.
Since the middle of the 19th century, Masonic historians have sought the origins of the movement in a series of similar documents known as the Old Charges, dating from the Regius Poem in about 1425 to the beginning of the 18th century. Alluding to the membership of a lodge of operative masons, they relate a mythologised history of the craft, the duties of its grades, and the manner in which oaths of fidelity are to be taken on joining. The fifteenth century also sees the first evidence of ceremonial regalia.
There is no clear mechanism by which these local trade organisations became today's Masonic Lodges, but the earliest rituals and passwords known, from operative lodges around the turn of the 17th–18th centuries, show continuity with the rituals developed in the later 18th century by accepted or speculative Masons, as those members who did not practice the physical craft came to be known. The minutes of the Lodge of Edinburgh (Mary's Chapel) No. 1 in Scotland show a continuity from an operative lodge in 1598 to a modern speculative Lodge. It is reputed to be the oldest Masonic Lodge in the world.
