The Matama beach is able to see the sun setting in the horizon.
Since this beach is the only one on the west side in Oita prefecture,
the sunset at sunset to the sea can only be seen on the Matama beach.

大分県で西側にある海岸はこの真玉海岸だけであることから
夕陽が海へ沈むのは真玉海岸でしか見ることができないらしい。

Road trip to Kunisaki Peninsula – Exploring the rural areas of Oita by car

The Kunisaki Peninsula (国東半島) is situated in northern Oita Prefecture,
facing the Seto Inland Sea. It has a number of valleys radiating from Mount Futago at its center.
Along the eastern coastline of the Peninsula are various places for good fortune scattered around. That’s why the highway is called good fortune road (開運ロード). Along the west coast, you will find yourself driving on the Koikana road, which can be translated as “Love Road”.
No matter how you decide to explore Kunisaki, many power spots and interesting places are waiting for. In addition to that, has the area plenty of delicious seafood to offer.

真玉海岸の干潟を空撮

干潟の海岸の夕日を撮影しようと思い大潮を狙って訪れたものの、太陽は直ぐに雲の中に隠れてしまわれました(^_^;)

Dji Sparkで前に訪れた時には、夕日に干潟にカイトサーフィンという、大変素晴らしい景色でしたが、今回は残念でした。またリベンジしたいと思います。
