Isisford only 03 Medium quality and size
December 2013. Marie and I traveled by Queensland Rail (QR) train, The Spirit of the Outback from Brisbane to Longreach about 2,600 km distance which took about 24 hours. We rented a car at Longreach and drove to Barcaldine, then Blackall then Isisford. We did not stay overnight there so drove on to return to Longreach.
All of these towns have a very Historical History. In the 1890s there was a big sheep sheares strike which could have decended into a small war. The Australian Labour Party, later called the Australian Labor Party had its beginnings in Barcaldine. At Blackall is the now unused biggest wool scouring shed, I think in the Southern Hemispere. Very historical. For those overseas people, if you want to learn some of our Australian history, check out anything about these towns. At present they are experiencing a decade or longer drought. See the dry grass in my movie.
Technicaly, many people, including myself, have experienced problems in that the movie/video is repeated twice, the second half with no audio. I hope this does not still happen.
JCED, Brisbane December 2013.
NB..... Yes this file shows twice but the same file I converted by AnyVideoConvertor is OK.

Welcome to my new video. Here I chill out in town. I sing a song I wrote during my travels in Queensland. The town of Cunnamulla is my very first place I've ever performed at in Queensland. Here a house up for sale. Our neighbour's cat came wondering in our front yard.
