I visited Matsuzaki in West Izu and had a Sanma-sushi, a sought-after dish. Matsuzaki is a beautiful town with Namako-wall streets. 美しいナマコ壁で有名な西伊豆松崎町を訪ね、ダイニング“蔵ら”でサンマ寿司を食べました。

Senganmon Beach is a gate-looked rock in Izu Peninsula. Very Epic view spot recommended for travelers.

Plus d'un an sans vrai voyage ! Nous aussi on a du mal à y croire mais avec les aléas de la vie l'année 2019 a été pauvre en mouvement. On a décidé de remédier à cela en 2020. On vous souhaite à toutes et tous une merveilleuse année 2020.
Voici tous les lieux visités lors de ce merveilleux voyage dans la Péninsule d'Izu :
- 伊豆の国 Izu no Kuni :
▪修繕寺 Shūzenji
▪浄蓮の滝 Jōren no Taki, fait partie des 100 plus belles cascades du pays
- 西伊豆 Côte Ouest d'Izu :
▪石部棚田 Ishibu Tanada et ces magnifiques rizières
▪雲見海岸 Kumomi Kaigan, petit port avec vue sur le Mt. Fuji
▪松崎町 Matsuzaki, petit port de pêche avec ses murs 'Namakokabe'. Je vous recommande vraiment de passer une nuit dans la petite Guesthouse Itokawa. Le patron est d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Il m'avait partagé tout son amour des alentours et m'avait emmené dans un tas de spots sympa.
- 南伊豆 Sud d'Izu :
▪石廊崎 Irōzaki, pointe sud magnifique au coucher de soleil
▪下田 Shimoda, ville marquée par l'histoire de la réouverture du pays par le commodore Perry
- 東伊豆 Côte Est d'Izu :
▪河津, la ville est connue pour ses cerisiers. En fait les kawazu sakura sont les premiers à fleurir dès Février. Si vous devez séjourner ici, il n'y a plus de question à se poser → Tiny Base. Le lieu n'existait pas lors de mon premier voyage et je suis très heureux d'avoir fait la rencontre du patron, une personne en or! Pour réserver vous pouvez passer par booking ou encore sur AirBnB.
▪Toute la côte Est est marqué par une multitude de petites villes onsen. On a décidé de conclure le voyage sur cette sublime ryōkan : Isaribi. Si vous souhaitez vous faire un plaisir sur votre voyage, c'est celui-ci. Les repas étaient à tomber ! Attention, le lieu est réservé aux adultes pour respecter le calme des hôtes :

Eboshiyama, West Izu 西伊豆 烏帽子山
Eboshiyama, located in west Izu, is a volcanic neck created by hardened magma. The cliff stands up like a corn stalk facing Mt. Fuji. It is about a 30-minute drive from Matsuzaki Town.
My channel, Japan Silhouette, features beautiful scenery, traditional culture, Origami arrangement, and the warm heart of the Japanese people.
I also visit other countries and record my impression about them, perhaps from a Japanese perspective.

Shizuoka Prefecture Kamogun Matsuzakicho is known for its beautiful beaches in Nishiizu, hot spring resorts, and “Ishibu Tanada”. Such a town has a historic site called the nickname “Stone Dome”. During the Edo period, the Tokugawas used Izu stone to build the Edo Castle. Many stone quarry remain in Izu Peninsula, and “Muroiwa Cave” was one of them.

Dogashima Cave Tour
We travel to a magical blue cave by pleasure boat. Tensodo was designated as a natural monument in 1935. It is a sea cave with three entrances and the south entrance is especially large and is 147m in length. The cave has a ceiling with a big round hole with beautiful sunlight shining down. “Tenso” means ”Skylight”. The cave is full of thrills and dreams.

This is the first video of our travel to Japan, this summer.
It was our first experience outside Europe, we travelled nonstop for 24 hours from Bari to Rome, Rome to Dubai, Dubai to Osaka and finally Osaka to Kyoto.
It was a lot tiring but all tiredness went away as we stepped for the first time in this country we love so much.

Hometown Stories - Our Town's Bookstore [1080p]
Rumoi in northern Japan was once a flourishing town, but economic stagnation and a shrinking population have taken their toll. 7 years ago, Rumoi even lost its last bookstore. But a group of residents, determined not to let their town wither away, came together and managed to get a new shop opened.
