Jeju Island Korea Travel Guide. Gimnyeong Maze Park is located between two major tourist destinations and the Manjanggul cave is the cave of Gimnyeongsagul. The garden was designed by the world famous company Adrian Fisher Minotaur Maze Designs and funded by the savings of a lifetime from a professor at Cheju National University, Frederic h. Dustin, that her love for Jeju Island's has made it for 27 years. This unique labyrinthine Garden contains plants from all over Asia and has maintained personally by Dr. Dunstan since 1987.
There are three skywalks and the Observatory, which is a popular photo site for tourists. They offer a panoramic view of the entire maze. There are four ways to get through the maze of the entrance. If you use a map, it will only take 5 minutes, but without a map, it is a little more difficult and could take up to 20 minutes. Maze Land is a themed park boasting the world’s longest stone maze, measuring roughly 5.3km in total length. The maze is made mainly using stone and wood found on Jeju and is created to reflect the Jeju's three principle items or Samda, which describes the things abundant on Jeju Island: rocks, wind, and women. Not just a fun activity for you and your friends, the maze is also good for your health, as the stones emit high levels of far-infrared radiation and the wood (T. occidentalis) produces a large volume of phytoncides. The park, with its variety of trees several decades old, is the perfect place for forest bathing,” in which people surround themselves with nature (particularly trees) to soak in the natural benefits.

In Jeju, there's 2 Maze Land, which is located at Bijarim-ro, and one is at Manjanggul-gil. Mazeland in this video is at Bijarim-ro.
The main attractions of this establishment are expansive labyrinths.
A maze park is quite simply a large maze for people to traverse through.
A guide will provide visitors with a map to help them navigate their way through the mazes.
An interesting feature of Maze Land is that the symbolic hareubang maze has walls that are stacked with stones to 1.8m high.

제주도, we visit many places in this vlog, Cheonjiyeon (천지연) valley/Seonimgyo bridge, Mazeland (메이즈랜드), Loveland (제주러브랜드), Manjanggul cave, Osulloc/Innisfree, Hallasan (where we saw the first snow), We also got to see Seongsan Ilchulbong, but didn't get any good footage of it, Sanbangsan 산방산/Yongmeori Coast, Hamel's Ship, big shoutout to SEABAR guesthouse, hit them up when you visit JEJU.. Part 2 of my Korea travel vlog series: Jeju Island, is up!! I have actually edited this video quite some time ago but I never got around to finish up the editing and upload it until now :(
From Seoul in Part 1, we headed over to Jeju after that and it was a refreshing change of landscape and environment. If you really like nature and sightseeing, I would definitely recommend Jeju. However, I'm more of a city person so I kinda got bored of Jeju after awhile.
Transport in Jeju was more troublesome and not as straight forward as in Seoul, so we actually wasted a lot of time waiting for bus. We missed the bus once so we actually walked on the road to the next destination (from Osulloc Tea Museum to the Glass Castle), which would take about 10 minutes if we took the bus. 10 minutes sounds short but its the travelling time for bus so its even longer for walking, and it was super super cold wtf I felt like I was not gonna make it HAHA. If you are travelling with a few friends, I would recommend hiring a driver, which was what we did for our second day in Jeju! It's so much convenient and the driver can give you recommendations for where to go as well as restaurants! Also you can just sleep during the ride and not have to worry about missing your stop hahaha.
The third part, and also the last part of the vlog (which I hope to finish editing and upload soon) will be on Busan! I really liked Busan hehe.

It's my first time in Jeju and I'll be here for 3 days! Come follow me on my adventure around Jeju! We hired a driver to bring us around and for our first day, we went to Manjanggul Cave, Seongsan Ilchulbong & Maze Land! It was certainly a lot of exercise for Day 1! Also, we managed to catch the Women's Diver Performance and they are simply AMAZING!
