Apologies for the shaky camera work. Was focused more on the show than keeping everything framed properly.

Highlights of guitarist Bucket Head. Extremely moving music and provocative performance tricks. After hearing his music I wanted to share some parts of his awesome melodies.

Scott Jordan Schipper - Celebration of Life - The Phoenix Theater, Petaluma, CA (1/12/14)
This video is dedicated to Scott Jordan Schipper and all his family and friends. Forever will he remain in our heart and minds. Forever our brother. Keep on jamming Scotty.
Scott Jordan Schipper lost his valiant two year battle against cancer on December 28, 2013. He was 29. Scott was born June 11, 1984 in Santa Rosa and lived his entire childhood in Petaluma. He was active in sports, the Boys and Girls Club and was selected the Argus Courier Newspaper Boy of the Year in 1996. He picked up his first saxophone in 7th grade and never put it down. Scott was active in the band, jazz band, United Anglers and was voted MVP of Casa Grande High School's tennis team in 2002, his senior year. He attended SRJC focusing on his music and graduated with an AA degree. He attended CSU Long Beach before joining Mystic Roots and touring with Pato Banton. Scott joined the band THRIVE in 2010 and played with the band until shortly before his death. Within a month of Scott's diagnosis, he started the non-profit organization Unify to Thrive to support cancer awareness and education for young adults as well as cancer research through St. Jude's. Scott believed that giving was the most important part of life and never stopped working to support others in need. He connected with young cancer patients all over the United States while touring with THRIVE, always providing encouragement and an empathetic ear. Scott will be remembered as an amazingly positive, resilient person with an infectious smile. The outpouring of love for Scott on the Internet has truly been a blessing to his family. He touched so many lives during his short life and always, always did things his way. Scott is survived by his parents, Jack and Joyce Schipper, brother Andrew, grandmother Jean Ferguson, and countless aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He will be loved and missed but not forgotten.
