Le système alimentaire de Sfax, Tunisie
Sfax, 2ème ville de Tunisie, est considérée comme le pôle économique du pays. Son dynamisme économique et son port ouvert sur la Méditerranée lui confèrent une place de choix sur le marché international. Néanmoins, elle fait face à de nombreuses problématiques: industrialisation incontrôlée engendrant pollutions des sols et de la mer, climat aride limitant le développement de l'agriculture locale, régimes alimentaires changeants, techniques de pêches illégales menaçant la ressource halieutique.
Malgré cela, dans un contexte post révolution, la société civile s'organise, les premières élections municipales tenues en 2018 et le résultat des élections présidentielles de 2019 sont porteurs d'espoir pour un meilleur développement local sur les territoires.
Ce film a été réalisé par Anna Faucher et Louison Lançon de l'association Let's Food, dans le cadre du projet Let's Food Cities. Ce diagnostic du système alimentaire de Sfax a été réalisé entre octobre et décembre 2019. Plus de 30 acteurs ont été interrogés.

The food system of Sfax, Tunisia
Sfax, 2nd city of Tunisia, is considered as the economic pole of the country. Its economic dynamism and its port open on the Mediterranean give it a place of choice on the international market. Nevertheless, it faces many problems: uncontrolled industrialization causing pollution of the soil and the sea, arid climate limiting the development of local agriculture, changing diets, illegal fishing techniques threatening the fishery resource.
Despite this, in a post-revolution context, civil society is getting organized, the first municipal elections held in 2018 and the result of the presidential elections of 2019 give hope for better local development in the territories.
This film was produced by Anna Faucher and Louison Lançon from the association Let's Food, as part of the Let's Food Cities project. This assessment of the Sfax food system was carried out between October and December 2019. More than 30 stakeholders were interviewed.

Circuit touristique de la médina de Sfax
Si vous voulez visiter Sfax, il faut venir à la médina pour commencer. Nous partons à la découverte du musée de la médina de Sfax, puis de la grande mosquée qui est une oeuvre architecturale en plein ciel. Puis nous allons visiter le Foundouk des artisans de la médina. Puis je termine ma visite avec le l'ancienne demeure aristocratique Sfaxienne Dar Jellouli qu'il vaut visité. Je n'oublie pas bien sûr de vous faire découvrir les ruelles de la ville de Sfax avec c'est ancien bâtiment français au coeur de la ville.
