Megalos Aselinos Beach Skiathos

On the northern side of the island is the bay of Aselinos, located 13km west of Skiathos Town.
Great quiet beach, easily accessible by car. It's very quiet and relaxed, surrounded by stunning forests that glow bright green in the late evening sun. Aselinos is a lovely spot due to the exotic scenery, ideal for romantic walks. There is a small yet charming tavern offering a great view to the sea that will guarantee you an unforgettable day.

The Small Aselinos Beach is located in the northern part of Skiathos after Megali Aselinos and on the route to beaches and Kechria Ligaries.
It is approximately 16 km from Skiathos Town, located in the path after the Monastery of Panagia Eikonistrias to Kechria.
Through a splendid route, with unchanging landscape of the island will really relax. A really beautiful beach accessible by path. When north winds blow and this beach like all the northern beaches can have large waves. You can drive (part of the route passable dirt road) to a point and then just follow the path

Here. we are going to visit the isolated and remote beaches of Megalos Aselinos, Mikros Aselinos and the beautiful beach and sand dunes of Elias.
Skiathos, a Greek island in the northwest Aegean Sea, is part of the Sporades archipelago. It’s best known for its beaches and buzzing, youth-driven nightlife scene. The action centers around Skiathos Town, where bars and restaurants spill onto sidewalks along the old harbor and Papadiamanti street, the main pedestrian thoroughfare. Between town and the airport are many open-air, waterfront clubs.
Greece is a country in southeastern Europe with thousands of islands throughout the Aegean and Ionian seas. Influential in ancient times, it's often called the cradle of Western civilization. Athens, its capital, retains landmarks including the 5th-century B.C. Acropolis citadel with the Parthenon temple. Greece is also known for its beaches, from the black sands of Santorini to the party resorts of Mykonos.

Asselinos beach: On the northern side of the island is the bay of Aselinos, located 13km west of Skiathos Town. It is a long beach with thick sand and small pebbles. It is often used as a short stop for daily excursions due to great natural environment. The beach is surrounded by Kounistra Mountain, a site with vast greenery reaching the edge of the shore.

Skiathos is a small Greek island in the northwest Aegean Sea.
The island has a north to southwestern direction and is about 12 kilometres (7 miles) long and 6 kilometres (4 miles) wide on average.
Despite its small size, Skiathos with its many beaches and wooded landscape is a popular tourist destination. It has over 60, mostly sandy, beaches scattered around the 44 km (27 mi) coastline. Some of these are Troulos, Vromolimnos, Koukounaries, Asselinos, Megali Ammos and Mandraki.
