During St. Patrick's Day, we decided to go exploring around County Cavan and County Louth. We visited the highly rated hotel of Cabra Castle, Co. Cavan and went walking around Old Mellifont Abbey in Drogheda, Co. Louth.

Collon, Co.Louth, isn't home to very many people. However one man has become the backbone of the village, running the pub, auctioneers, shop and undertakers. Paddy Watters doesn't stop to rest for a minute, so we were very lucky to sit down and speak with him.
