The K-Rob Foundation’s East Providence Skatepark Opening
Kevin Robinson and the K-Rob foundation have worked for years to open East Providence, Rhode Island's first skatepark. Finally his dream has come true with the opening of the new skatepark at the Onna Moniz-John Park on Central Ave. The park was built by master skatepark builder John Saxton from Skidmark Parks, and has been a big hit in the community.
I had the pleasure of helping to build this park and decided to document the process, since it was something I had been dreaming of since I was a kid.
Big thanks go out to Kevin and the Robinson family for making this happen. RIP Kevin, your legend will always live on through this park.

The Rhode Island State House | Providence, Rhode Island [Drone in 4K]
We visited Rhode Island, (one) of the state's Abraham grew up in, to capture some cool sunset drone footage of the capital city of Rhode Island: Providence. We mainly got to capture the Rhode Island state capitol building. The Rhode Island State House looked so cool at sunset on this early July summer evening, we can't wait to come back again to capture more drone footage from another part of the wonderful city of Providence, Rhode Island :)

The Buzz: Victory Day in RI
It's Victory Day, the holiday marking the Japanese surrender that ended World War II. (Japan actually surrendered on Aug. 15, but the holiday is marked on the second Monday in August.)
Rhode Island is the only state that still celebrates Victory Day as an official state holiday -- and has been for 35 years now, ever since Arkansas dropped the commemoration in 1975.

2016 BOOTS on the GROUND at ROGER WILLIAMS PARK Memorial Day Tribute from Operation Stand Down, RI
★ BOOTS ON THE GROUND ★
I was humbled to see the work that was put in by Operation Stand Down Rhode Island in my old childhood backyard - otherwise known as The Roger Williams Park Temple to Music.
The display of 6,844 boots and flags, each representing a fallen warrior since 9/11 - in the name of freedom, was a humbling sight.
They call it the Boots On The Ground Memorial and this might just be the beginning of an annual event.
Please enjoy my video... and feel free to check out some of my still shots from this shoot over on my photography page on FB... Facebook.com/BennettRI.
God Bless our Fallen Soldiers. God Bless their families who have struggled to carry on. God Bless the Truth Tellers, our Guns and our inalienable rights. And GOD BLESS THESE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA... AND ALL OF ITS HONORABLE MILITARY MEMBERS.
Trust me... I'm a Patriot.

The quality of this video may be low because I was out of breath, it was muggy, hot and I had to climb tiny ladders and staircases. This is an interior view of the tower.
RWTFWW M/C Heading Over the Claiborne Pell (Newport) Bridge, 8/2/2015, 1080p HD
With Steve Bray, Steve Pompa, and Bill and Daryl Stratford, cruising over the longest suspension bridge in New England - total span, over 11,000 ft.
The Claiborne Pell Bridge, constructed from 1966 to 1969 at a cost of U.S.$54,742,000, commonly known as the Newport Bridge, is a suspension bridge operated by the Rhode Island Turnpike and Bridge Authority that spans the East Passage of the Narragansett Bay in Rhode Island (northeastern United States). The bridge, part of RI 138, connects the City of Newport on Aquidneck Island and the Town of Jamestown on Conanicut Island, which in turn is connected to the mainland by the Jamestown Verrazzano Bridge.
The main span of the Newport Bridge is 488 metres (1,601 ft), ranking it number 87 among the longest suspension bridges in the World, and making it the longest suspension bridge in New England. The overall length of the bridge is 3,428 meters (11,247 ft). Its main towers reach 122 meters (400 ft) above the water surface, and the roadway height reaches as high as 66 meters (215 ft). It is four lanes wide, two in each direction.
On a clear day, the bridge's towers are visible from the observation plaza at the Gay Head Light in Aquinnah on the Massachusetts island of Martha's Vineyard, the upper levels of the city of Providence's tallest buildings (approximately 22 miles), and as far northwest as the parking lot of Stone Hill Marketplace in Johnston, RI (approximately 23 miles). Similarly, the skyline of Providence is visible from the bridge deck.
.....for Tommy.
