We arranged with ProDive to do another 2 dives at Menjangan Island today! Was so beautiful underwater and so lively. I think my favourite fish was the one that carry's out the coral, you'll see he's a big fellow!

Coral Garden
It is located on the north side of the island of Menjangan. The maximum depth is 18-20 meters. Unfortunately, he suffered a great deal after the last storm that hit Indonesia. However, nature slowly rebuilds the damaged area. The film was recorded in November 2018 three months after the storm

Playing with my new Gopro at the cliff wall at Menjangan Island and snorkelling off the beach at Pemuteran. The Biorock is the world's first and only electric powered coral reef. Using electricity enables coral to grow at 5 times the natural rate, turning the coast's coral cemetery back into a thriving, vibrant ecosystem.

La isla de Menjangan se encuentra en el extremo noroeste de Bali, Indonesia. La isla es una reserva natural y únicamente tiene algunos templos. Según varias listas de buceo, el lugar esta considerado como uno de mejores sitios de buceo del mundo. El coral es espectacular, con imponentes paredes de multitud de colores y una espectacular vida marina.

Pemuteran es el centro de operaciones de las excursiones de buceo a la isla. Allí bien merece la pena alojarse en uno de sus muchos resorts de buceo y disfrutar de un espectacular buceo nocturno en la misma orilla, donde el buceador lidiara con especies marinas psicodélicas y muchas muy venenosas, que le harán a uno pensarse el meterse en sus aguas simplemente como un bañista.

Dive Concepts (Visitar Web) es sin duda la escuela que goza de mayor reputación en Pemuteran. Ofrece todo tipo de cursos, excursiones a la isla de Menjangan y apasionantes buceos nocturnos. Son muy profesionales y también disponen de escuelas en Nusa Lembongan y Tulamben.

Here's a little clip of a sea turtle going for a swim with his buddies the pilot fish, off Menjangan Island, north Bali, Indonesia.

This individual measured about a meter in diameter and must have been close to 80 years old. It's comforting to imagine that through all history's events, this guy has been chilling out under the sea, happy and oblivious of the rest of the world.

Menjangan Island is situated in the protected marine reserve of the Bali Barat National Park. The very diverse eco biology park is surrounded by hectares of beautiful coral reef gardens and colorful of tropical fish. Home for wonderful marine life and some of the world’s rarest sea species
