In this video I am taking a short walk in Historic Christmas Village in Fulda Christmas Market. Let's walk together!
The christmas market in Fulda consists of numerous stalls offering baked goods and hot food to the visitors. Hot wine and brandy punch are served against the cold. Other stalls complete the typical christmas market program by selling christmas crafts and products. The christmas market has a long tradition and gets its visitors into the mood for the festive season.

Die Unvollendeten Teil 6: Der Wetzlarer Dom in Deutschland | euromaxx
Der letzte Teil der Wochenserie Die Unvollendeten führt uns in die hessische Kleinstadt Wetzlar, rund 70 Kilometer von Frankfurt am Main entfernt. Mitten in der Stadt wurde im Jahr 897 der Grundstein für eine erste Kirche gelegt. Heute steht dort der Wetzlarer Dom, der nie vollendet wurde. Trotzdem oder gerade wegen seiner Unvollkommenheit ist der Dom das Wahrzeichen der Stadt.Vor gut 1100 Jahren begann man mit dem Bau des Doms. Er wurde in unterschiedlichen Etappen gebaut, daher ist der Wetzlarer Dom heute ein Mix verschiedener Architekturstile: romanisch, gotisch und barock. Als die Kirche vergrößert werden sollte, wurde um die alten Gemäuer herum gebaut. Doch Ende des 15. Jahrhunderts wurden die Bauarbeiten endgültig eingestellt, weil die Stadt Wetzlar bankrott war und so fehlen bis heute ein Turm und das Westportal der Kirche.
