道の駅美並の自慢は、その脇を流れる清流長良川。川辺で休憩ができるので、川を眺めたり、川のほとりを散歩したりとリフレッシュできるスポットです。
毎日開催されている朝市では近隣の農家さんが作った新鮮な野菜や採れたての山菜が販売されています。食事処では、地元産の小麦を使ったうどんや、モロヘイヤソフトクリームが楽しめます。カヤックが盛んな場所でもあり、全国各地から、この道の駅へカヤッカーが集まります。

This service area faces to the National Route 156. It is located in the middle between Mino City to Gujo-Hachiman. The Nagara River runs just next to the building.
In the building they sell fresh vegetables and edible wild plants from local farmers. At the restaurant you can eat Udon made from the wheat of the local product or soft ice cream. Please try the molokheya flavor of soft ice cream there.
This area is a quite popular point in Gujo for kayak and rafting. Lots of people come and enjoy their water activities from out of Gujo.
