Depot Cinema Venue Promotional Video
During the middle of March 2018, I was given the unique opportunity to film and edit a commission video for a Sussex cinema.
I was asked by and then later arranged with The Depot Cinema in Lewes to make a venue video for them to use for the purposes of marketing and advertising in conjunction with forthcoming social events akin to what is shown in this video, that will be shown on their website and their Facebook and Twitter pages at the time of this videos release.
link the their Facebook page -
Carmen, the woman who runs the cinema was pleased with my result and I think I'm pretty pleased with myself ???? so please do enjoy the results of my handiwork and if you're ever in the Sussex town of Lewes, please do go and check out this wonderful cinema. Trust me, it's like a illiterately salon for moviegoers, with such nice deals on tickets ????????!
How To EASILY FIND ABANDONED PLACES ACTUALLY WORKS TUTORIAL STEP BY STEP
Ever wondered how urban explorers find the abandoned places to make their exploring videos?
This is a step by step easy tutorial for finding abandoned buildings near you, in your town, your city, your village.
I've mentioned before that google maps and research is how you find abandoned places, but today I really show you how I find abandoned places to explore.
This actually works most times, unless a place has a secret fake name like the abandoned house of quotes in lewes, sussex.
*DISCLAIMER: vandals beware, do not use my videos to find abandoned places near you, they won't help. The two abandoned places I will be giving out the location for in this video are both demolished.
I have done videos of them both which can be seen here:
Abandoned mental health hospital in hertfordshire london
( harperbury hospital ) -
Abandoned care home in worthing ( priory care home ) -
Hope this video helps you to find abandoned places in your town... happy exploring.

A Tour of East Sussex.wmv
Beachy Head is a chalk headland on the south coast of England, close to the town of Eastbourne in the county of East Sussex, immediately east of the Seven Sisters. The cliff there is the highest chalk sea cliff in Britain, rising to 162 m (530 ft) above sea level. The headland was a danger to shipping. In 1831 construction began on Belle Tout lighthouse on the next headland west from Beachy Head. It became operational in 1834. Due to cliff erosion, in March 1999 Belle Tout lighthouse was moved more than 50 feet (15 m) further inland. Because mist and low clouds could hide the light of Belle Tout, another lighthouse was built in the sea below Beachy Head. It was 43 m in height and became operational in October 1902. The Seven Sisters are a series of chalk cliffs by the English Channel. They form part of the South Downs in East Sussex, between the towns of Seaford and Eastbourne in southern England. They are within the Seven Sisters Country Park. They are the remnants of dry valleys in the chalk South Downs, which are gradually being eroded by the sea.
Bateman's is a 17th-century house located in Burwash, East Sussex, England. British author Rudyard Kipling lived in Bateman's from 1902 to his death in 1936. His wife left the house to the National Trust on her death in 1939, and it has since been opened to the public.
Hastings is a town and borough in the county of East Sussex on the south coast of England. The town is located 24 miles (39 km) east of the county town of Lewes and 53 miles (85 km) south east of London, and has an estimated population of 86,900. In historical terms, Hastings can claim fame through its connection with the Norman conquest of England; and also because it became one of the medieval Cinque Ports. Hastings was, for centuries, an important fishing port; although much reduced, it has the largest beach-based fishing fleet in England. As with many other such places, the town became a watering place in the 1760s, and then, with the coming of the railway, a seaside resort.
Brighton is the major part of the city of Brighton and Hove (formed from the previous towns of Brighton, Hove, Portslade and several other villages) in East Sussex, England on the south coast of Great Britain. The Royal Pavilion is a former royal palace built as a home for the Prince Regent during the early 19th century, under the direction of the architect John Nash, and is notable for its Indo-Saracenic architecture and Oriental interior.
Rye is a small town in East Sussex, England, which stands approximately two miles from the open sea and is at the confluence of three rivers: the Rother, the Tillingham and the Brede. In medieval times, however, as an important member of the Cinque Ports confederation, it was at the head of an embayment of the English Channel and almost entirely surrounded by the sea.
Alfriston is a village and civil parish in the East Sussex district of Wealden, England. The village lies in the valley of the River Cuckmere, about four miles (6 km) north-east of Seaford and south of the main A27 trunk road and part of the large area of Polegate. The parish has a population of 769 (2001 census). The Alfriston parish church, dedicated to St Andrew, has Saxon origins, although most of the building dates from the 14th century: it is known, because of its size, as The Cathedral of the South Downs. It sits on a small, flint-walled mound in the middle of the Tye (the local village green), overlooking the River Cuckmere, and is surrounded by the flowered graveyard. It is built in the form of a cross. Today it is part of the united benefice which includes Litlington St Michael; West Dean All Saints; the United Reformed Church at Alfriston is included in that grouping. The 14th Century Alfriston Clergy House close by, was originally the vicarage, but is now maintained by the National Trust. It was the very first property brought by the Trust in 1896 and it is a classic example of a Wealden hall house with thatched roof and beamed walls. It also has a tranquil garden and orchard on the banks of the Cuckmere.
