From Mountains to Prairies 2016 (Pt. 19) - A Short Hike Outside the Royal Tyrrell Museum
July 7, 2016 - The Royal Tyrrell Museum in Drumheller, Alberta, is located within Midland Provincial Park. Just a one minute walk from the doors to the museum, I go on a short hike along the Badlands Interpretive Trail, which takes 30-60 minutes to complete. I did it in about 20...but bring water. It's hawwwwt out there!
Finally, I get close to some prairie dogs on the grounds of the museum. In the prairies, these little guys are everywhere!
