Better than the Great Barrier reef - Exmouth. Ep.63
We finally made it into Exmouth! With not to much research, we decided to stay at a van park in Exmouth for 2 nights. That quickly turned into 4 nights when we realised how much there was to see around the area.
For our first day we decided to head to Charlies Knife Canyon and check out the epic views it had. Just down the road from the canyon was the learmonth jetty were Kurt had a fish. Just down the road was the potshot memorial which had plenty to read about the defense history of exmouth.
That afternoon we decided to go for a little road trip up north of Exmouth, visiting the lighthouse and the mildura shipwreck. The next day tripped into Cape Range National Park. Visiting Turquoise Bay and Oysters Stacks.
The next day we went to the Whalebone Brewery. We order a tasting pallet and sat outside in the beer garden. A local musician was playing his guitar and it made for a really nice relaxing atmosphere. We then moved onto our next stop, Froth Craft Brewery. Another great little brewery and a nice chilled vibe. After sampling the local beers and choosing our favourites, we had a quick game of foosball (where we kicked Blaine & Shenaid butts!) before sensibly walking home to make ourselves dinner.

Sharks Galour
Bundegi Beach, Exmouth WA
Fishing the shallows surrounded by Sharks of all sizes.
Figured with that many sharks around we were not going to catch much else, so had a bit of fun with them. Had a school of them chasing my lure, working them into a bit of a feeding frenzy, then decided they were getting too close to me, so stopped popping, that's when they attacked it!
