Parola Tank Museum (Finnish Panssarimuseo) is a military museum located in Parola, near Hämeenlinna, in Finland. It displays various tanks, armoured vehicles and anti-tank guns used by the Finnish Defence Forces throughout its history. A few kilometers away from the museum is also the Armoured Brigade. The museum was opened since June 18, 1961.The Tank Museum is a military historical museum with the main task to gather, save, investigate and exhibit the history of the Finnish armoured and anti-tank defence troops
The museum is not so far from the Parola Train Station, ask local the direction to walk to there, it take around 25 mins walk. A very good local drove me there from a village near by the Parola Train Station, local people are friendly and helpful.
I enjoy my half day visit there but it was too cold in November.

Finland Holds Welcome Ceremony for Visiting Chinese President
A grand welcome ceremony was held in the Finnish capital of Helsinki Wednesday for Chinese President Xi Jinping, his wife Peng Liyuan, and visiting Chinese ministers, and officials.
The highest-level Chinese delegation was greeted at the presidential palace by Finnish President Sauli Niinisto and his wife.
Finland's military band played the Chinese and Finnish national anthems for the guests and hosts.
The Chinese president then met government representatives together with his Finnish counterpart. This is the second state visit to the Nordic country by a Chinese president since diplomatic ties were established in 1950.
During the three-day state visit that started from April 4, Xi will discuss with Sauli Niinisto on promotion of political trust and economic and trade cooperation.
