Learn the basics of running over 8 consecutive weekly sessions with our UK Athletics trained, qualified & insured running coach who has helped 100s of people to enjoy a more active and healthier lifestyle.

Our 'Couch to 5km' is perfect for complete beginners, those returning to running after injury or following a period of physical inactivity.

All C25KM candidates are to graduate at Sittingbourne parkrun on the morning (9am) of Saturday, 27th October 2018 by completing the free 5KM timed run at Milton Creek Country Park.

This is Sittingbourne's newest attraction :) This helium filled balloon, (known as the night sun) that cost £17,000 with an extra £4,500 for the helium, is 11.5metres wide and is behind Jewsons until Thursday.. GET DOWN THERE!! This balloon will be up in the sky from about 7pm every night till then. Only if the weather is good enough :) I have managed to be right underneath it to get this amazing video... believe it or not this sun can go upto 60 metres high... IT'S AN AMAZING THING TO SEE!!
