Sacred Aboriginal Site - Mumbulla Mountain, Australia HD
Spent the night camping right on the beach at the beautiful Mimosa Rocks National Park just out of Tathra. In certain National Parks in Australia you can camp in designated camp grounds for a small fee and Mimosa Rocks is one of my favourites, with some fantastic rock formations at the Aragunnu camp site.
Today I am taking a tour to Mumbula Mountain, sacred to the local Aborigines.
Ronald Tighe, an Aboriginal guide at the Umbarra Cultural centre talks about the significance of Mumbulla Mountain.
The Umbarra Cultural Centre runs tours to local sacred sites. Participants can learn about the significance of these sites to the local Aborigines.

This morning i leave Yadboro camp grounds after a nice hardy breakfest with the locals
leaving via flat rock state forest
stopped for some caffeine fuel, pumped up the tires and followed the clyde river back to the highway and onto batemans bay
I stop like a true tourist at the All saints Anglican church
next minute after trying to pull over to fix the CB Arial i find myself taking a wrong turn of the highway
after finding my way out of the rear of the rest stop
And with time now getting away from me, i headed the 100 odd ks
down the highway to wallaga to complete the mission of the trip
Capture Horsehead Rock.
I then make for Jyndabyne with a side track through Wadbilliga National park where i make camp for the night in preparation for my high country adventure.
