Meanwhile in Russia: Man tries to install 12th floor window with no safety harness
A worker in Tyumen was spotted installing a window on the 12th floor of a high-rise block of flats without a safety harness, on Tuesday. A second, and presumably more safety-conscious worker can be seen helping his colleague at over 30 metres (90 feet) above ground from the balcony.

Turukhan's rare Yak-42D operating flight 6R 9971 on behalf of Alrosa. Alrosa joined two flights within two days due to low loads and chartered this Turukhan Yak-42D instead of operating the planned Alrosa Tu-134. We were only notified 4d in advance and had to arrive one day earlier into KJA to catch this flight. Nevertheless the rebookings paid off to get a flight on this rarely flying Yak-42D. The Tu-134 can be seen on MJZ's ramp at -30C. During departure and the approach, you can see the gear indication pin coming in and out to confirm if the gear is down and locked. During the downwind leg you can see the famous Mirny open pit diamond mine and the airport right next to it.
