Secret Shrine Arahira-Tenjin worships Learning God (Kanoya City, Japan)
I happened to fine an interesting shrine to when we drive along the west coast of the Osumi Peninsula.
The beautiful shrine gate stands alone in sandy beach.
We stopped the car and visited the shrine to make a prayer.
It was evening and sunset is sinking to the Satsuma Peninsula which is on the other side of the Kagoshima Bay.

The shrine is very closed to the Kanoya City.
It was clear on the video but you can see beautiful shape of Mt.Kaimon and Mt.Sakurajima from the shrine. We were lucky to see the eruption of Mt.Sakurajima when we visit the shrine.
It is a very beautiful place. Later I found that the shrine is one of the eight most beautiful spots of Kanoya City.
(You can get a good luck)
The road to the shrine building is very steep and you have to use rope. You can enjoy a thrilling sense and have a good exercise!
Because you have to pay lots of efforts to reach the shrine, I definitely believe that your efforts will be rewarded and get good luck.
(Who does the shrine worship?)
The shrine worships Mr.Michizane Sugawara (Tenjin).
He is known as the God of Learning. Many shrines worships him at many places in Japan but I had never known that there is Tenjin Shrine at this place!
I found many papers on the wall of the shrine building which says I want to pass exam!. Many students seem to visit this place.
If I had visited at this shrine before I took university entrance exam, I might enter better university.... Oh no!

[JAPAN TRAVEL VLOG] DAY 5 (PART 1): (The northernmost city) Wakkanai
Day 5. I take a trip around Wakkanai on a tour bus (Soya Bus) and go to the northernmost point of Japan. After that, I head to good ol' Sapporo again and keep the promise of showing you guys the beautiful night view of Sapporo by Sapporo Ropeway.
I traveled Japan from 2017.07.04 to 2017.07.20 and I vlogged throughout the whole trip. The theme of my trip was to go from the northernmost station of Japan (Wakkanai Station) to the southernmost station of Japan except for Okinawa (Nishi-Oyama Station). It was such a fun trip and I hope you guys enjoy following me throughout the whole trip.

Hello everyone this is Vlog 41
In this vlog I went to Shirahama, Shirahama is a resort town on the south coast of Japan’s Wakayama prefecture. It’s known for its hot springs and quartz-sand beach. Just offshore, Engetsuto Island has a rocky, sunset-framing arch. The Adventure World amusement park has a roller coaster and animal exhibits. Nearby Senjojiki is a rock formation said to look like traditional tatami mats. Farther south, the Sandan-beki cliffs stretch along the coast. I hope you enjoyed my video I will be going back one day haha.

The Sumatran tiger (Panthera tigris sumatrae) is a rare tiger subspecies that inhabits the Indonesian island of Sumatra. It was classified as critically endangered by IUCN in 2008 as the population is projected to be 441 to 679 individuals, with no subpopulation having an effective population size larger than 50 individuals, with a declining trend.
The Sumatran tiger is the only surviving member of the Sunda Islands group of tigers that included the now extinct Bali tiger and Javan tiger. Sequences from complete mitochondrial genes of 34 tigers support the hypothesis that Sumatran tigers are diagnostically distinct from mainland populations.

The Ueno Zoo (恩賜上野動物園 Onshi Ueno Dōbutsuen?) is a 14.3-hectare (35-acre) zoo, managed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, and located in Taitō, Tokyo, Japan. It is Japan's oldest zoo, opening on March 20, 1882. It is a five-minute walk from the Park Exit of Ueno Station, with convenient access from Tokyo's public-transportation network. The Ueno Zoo Monorail, the first monorail in the country, connects the eastern and western parts of the grounds.
The zoo is in Ueno Park, a large urban park that is home to museums, a small amusement park, and other attractions. The zoo is closed Mondays (Tuesday if Monday is a holiday).
