Japanese Garden in the Heart of Mississauga---Kariya Park
Like a tranquil lake of serenity at the heart of busy Mississauga, Kariya Park lies calmly in the city core, with the famous Civic Centre clock-tower easily glimpsed through the greenery.
The park was officially opened in July 1992, honouring the eleventh anniversary of our twin-city relationship with Kariya, Japan.
It is a legacy to future generations, and will mature with age like its array of rhododendrons, pine, gingko and sweetgum trees, remaining a peaceful haven from the bustle of city life as Mississauga grows around it.

Minha esposa e eu ministrando 4 canções em uma tarde maravilhosa de evangelismo na cidade de Kariya (Aichi) no Japão. Evento organizado pela Igreja Ev. Avivamento da Fé . Pudemos contar com o apoio de alguns amigos músicos como o Leonardo Takehiro (Drums), Max Maciel (Guitar/Vocal) e Tadeu Takebayashi (Bass). No vocal principal, minha esposa Josy Alexandre e eu (Glauber Felipe - Keys).
Desculpem se não ficou profissional, fizemos apenas 2 pequenos ensaios e, nesse dia, muitas bandas se apresentaram... praticamente não houve tempo suficiente para que cada grupo passasse o som conforme lhes agradassem. Portanto, mesmo com poucos recursos, foi tudo feito pra honra e glória de Deus. Como falo ao final do vídeo: que vidas sejam salvas e/ou, pelo menos, que sementes sejam lançadas em seus corações e que frutifiquem no tempo certo. Deus os abençoe!

Mississauga,Ontario, Canada is a Sister City of Kariya City, Japan.In Kariya Japan there is a Park called Mississauga Park! Awesome eh!? I would love to see this in my future travels to Japan!

Visited the park of Kariya Park. Kinda feels like youre in Japan but High Park is better but the flowers are gone due to the weather last week.

There were quite a few people that have already captured this place via aerial . I didn't want to do something similar to that. With a little bit of planning we managed to get it done a little different.
