Mishima Taisha is a shrine near Mishima station. It has a wooden horse which is a vehicle for the spirits of this shrine.

New Year's Day 2013 - Mishima Shrine
A tour of Mishima Shrine on the busiest day of the year. Mishima Taisha (三嶋大社) is a Shinto shrine in the city of Mishima in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan.
This is my yearly tradition of recording but this year it features Mia from TheMiaMinute.
小さな旅・三島大社(Mishima Taisha)
2017.08.20(日) 箱根で一泊し、三島大社へ向けて出発しました。
箱根峠を三島へと下り、途中昨日訪れた三島スカイウォーク横を抜け、三島市と入り、三島大社へお参りしました。
その後、国道で沼津港へと新鮮な魚を食べに行きました。
食事を終え、東名沼津ICから入り、30分ほどの大和トンネル付近の事故渋滞がありましたが、東名料金所も首都高も渋滞もなく、スムーズに帰宅出来ました。

Pretty much any direction you turn you are going to find some sort of temple or shrine. So today I want to introduce everyone to Mishima Taisha, my home town's very own famous temple. It's a beautiful place and has a lot to look at. It's my pleasure to show it to you!
