Making Our Own Ford Focus RS In Germany
We asked if we could go the Ford factory in Germany and work on a Focus RS. Amazingly they said yes so we flew to Germany to help put together our own car.
We also caught up with the lead vehicle designer and performance engineer to see what they thought about people like us modifying something that they have been working on for years.
And of course then hit up a track to do some skids...

KRAV MAGA- Selbstverteidigung für Soldaten der Bundeswehr
Krav Maga - Mit einfachen Kampftechniken brenzlige Situationen deeskalieren, oder Gegner außer Gefecht setzen. Krav Maga ist hebräisch und bedeutet Kontaktkampf. Es ist ein Sammelbegriff für verschiedene Selbstverteidigungs- und Nahkampftechniken der israelischen Streitkräfte. Eine Grundlagen-Ausbildung ist seit Herbst 2010 an der Helmut-Schmidt-Universität der Bundeswehr in Hamburg Pflicht für jeden Studenten.
