Review of Mistletoe State Park and Vlog #6 House is LISTED!
We enjoyed the stunning lake view from site 36 in Mistletoe Campground in Appling, GA. At the end of the video we provide a list of our favorite sites throughout the campground. We got our house listed this past week and we give you an update about the showings we've had. We reaffirm our intent regarding being able to live in our travel trailer. P.S. Can you tell Kevin was a little shy in front of the camera? ;) I'll get him on again and he'll loosen up. :)

Mistletoe State Park is a 1,972 acre Georgia state park located northwest of Augusta, Georgia on the southern shore of Lake Strom Thurmond. It’s a beautiful little state park and if you're in the area you should definitely check it out!

We stayed here this weekend (10/13-10/15) and enjoyed every second of it. The campground is spacious and the majority of the sites are located on the lake! The bath houses are clean, the sites are large and the overall park is perfect! The park is located about fifteen minutes off of the interstate but it feels like you're in the middle of nowhere! We hiked, geocached, fished and relaxed by the campfire! We can't wait to come back.
