Nhà máy sản xuất rượu vang của Kilikanoon đã phát triển mạnh mẽ, chỉ từ điểm xuất phát là 4 dòng vang nho đơn đầu tiên ra đời mà không có bất kỳ lễ ra mắt nào, cho đến khi trở thành nhà sản xuất rượu vang chính tại Thung Lũng Clare.
Triết lý làm vang của hãng đến từ đam mê của Kevin và cha anh, ông Mort Mitchell, với địa chất khi làm vang - tức là sức mạnh tổng hợp của các yếu tốt về địa lý, đất trồng, khí hậu và con người.
