Mitchelstown Caves was discovered on the 3rd of May 1833, by Michael Condon who was quarrying limestone when he accidentally dropped his crowbar into a crevice. He stooped down to pull out a few boulders to retrieve the bar, next minute he found himself looking down into a vast series of underground chambers, passages and caverns.

111 Hz The Holy Frequency, Dragons and Magical Ireland
Cambridge Professor Paul Deveraux, an archaeo-acoustician who researches the area of archaeology and acoustics has visited many ancient sites and temples analysing the ritual use of sound. He discovered that cairns in Ireland even though they are made of different materials and are of different sizes, all resonate at the frequency of 111hz.
This summer I explored several cairns and caves with a variety of sound healing instruments including the 111hz Tuning Fork. In this video I am humbly offering the sacred sound to this wonderful calcite Dragon in Mitchelstown Caves, Co Tipperary. What a joy to meet her!
MRI scans suggest that at exactly 111hz the brain switches off the prefrontal cortex deactivating the language centre and temporarily switches from left to right-sided dominance. This induces a state of meditation or trance which was undoubtedly used to connect to higher states of conciousness, to commune with the Gods, An Sidhe, Elementals and various Otherworldly beings for guidance, healing etc in ancient Ireland. Thanks to the rediscovery of these sacred frequencies we can do the same today! Just one way to aid commune with Dragons :)
On a physical level 111Hz is associated with the production of endorphins, it assists in cell rejuvenation and regeneration, pain relief and mood elevation. It can increase feelings of overall well-being and improves focus and memory.
