Day one of the weekend, relatively good weather, but car is in the shop, so I needed location near me and found out an interesting spot I always wanted to see from above - the the cloverleaf interchange separating the districts of Mladost and Druzhba in Sofia. Mladost is the one towards the Vitosha mountains and in the begining there are several quite tall residential blocks that we fly around. In the distance you can see the rain that later in the day will come our way and soak the city for a millionth time this. In summer. In the other direction there is my home - Druzhba district, which also leads you to the International Sofia airport. Unusually strong gusts of wind damage roofs and property in Sofia, Bulgaria (Mladost - 1)
Last night some very strong sudden winds destroyed trees, property and created chaos in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this video, one particular part of a roof on an apartment complex nearly got swept away by the gusts. On the next morning I filmed a terrace on a neighbouring complex that got ruined by the wind. These types of winds are not very common here and caught many people off guard. Filmed in the Mladost neighbourhood.

T6M-400 (Sofia 100) is two wagon electric tramway build in Factory for Tramways Sofia (now Tramkar).
Its build 69 trams between 1979 and 1987 with numbers №№400-467 and №501, №502. They work on all lines in Sofia. On 26.05.2014 is stopped last tramways of this type to work with passangers. Last line with this type of tramways is №19. After 2014 in Sofia work only two tramways T6M-400 - №435 is school tramway in Banishora depot and is last tramway of this type for 1009 mm gauge. №416 is only one tramway of this type of all series for 1435mm gauge and is snowplought in depot Iskar.
Technically this type of trams is very same with T6M-801 (Sofia 65), T8M-730 (Sofia 70) and T8M-300 (Bulgaria 1300). Its have two wagons and 3 bogies. On first and last bogie is have two engines with power 50 kw each.
These trams are extremely special for the city Sofia. Several generations of Sofia citizens remember the loud noise from the engines of this tramways.
Specialy for 435 - It was refurbished immediately after production for school tramway, It has not been operated with passengers, It is technically very well preserved with good running gear, control and engines. He traveled very few kilometers and is perfect for working museum tramway of this type.
This year in january forum.gtsofia.info celebrates 14th birthday and for that reason we hired №435 for special trip around Sofia city. About 30 people who loved tramways attended this trip.
Trip is start from Banishora depot and in about 2 hours we travel on route Banishora depot - Triagalnika - Obelia 2 - Triagalnika - Central railway station Sofia - Botev boulevard - Macedonia square - Alabin street - Graf Ignaitev street - Journalist square - Graf Ignatiev street - Vitosha boulevard - Central railway station Sofia - Banishora depot - Konstantin Velichkov boulevard - Aleksandar Stamboliyski boulevard - Liulin - Aleksandar Stamboliyski boulevard - Vazrajdane square - Hristo Botev boulevard - Centrail railway station Sofia - Mariya Luzia boulevard - Kozloduy street - Ornlandovci - Kozloduy street - Mariya Luiza boulevard and back in depot Banishora.
In this parts of tramway lines in Sofia we hace chance to test tramway with good speed for brutal sound !
