Thank You Josef Nagy For Providing This Info:-
The name of the song is Toi Toi Toi and is performed by Dimitri Dourakine + band. This song is a follow-up to the hit Casatchok which was dance friendly version of the Russian folk song Katyusa (1969). Casatchok was a big hit in Europe. Both songs very nice indeed.

Памятник Александру Невскому в Великом Новгороде | Monument to Alexander Nevsky in Veliky Novgorod
Russia: Holy procession held in Moscow on anniv. of Baptism of Rus'
A religious procession was held in central Moscow, Friday, to mark the anniversary of the Orthodox baptism of Kievan Rus, Friday.
The ceremony was led by Metropolitan of Krutitsy and Kolomna Juvenile. The procession began at the Dormition Cathedral, situated to the north of the Cathedral Square of the Moscow Kremlin, and ended at the St. Vladimir statue.
Although the Christianisation of Kievan Rus' occurred in several stages, the definitive date of the Christianisation of Kiev dates back to the baptism of Vladimir the Great in 988. St. Vladimir was baptised at Chersonesos before he went on to baptise his family and residents in Kiev.

GRAND DUCHY OF MOSCOW
In the ongoing power struggle, the Moscow princes were the smartest in dealing with the Mongol conquerors. Their Grand Duchy of Moscow gradually annexed all neighboring principalities, and became the heart of the state that later came to be known as Russia.
MOSCOW
By the 1200’s, the biggest cities of Rus were Kiev, Novgorod, Vladimir, Tver, Ryazan, and Rostov. Moscow was of no significance until the 14th century. It had been established by Yuri Dolgorukiy, in 1147, in the middle of thick woods.
RISE OF MOSCOW
In 1283, the Grand Duchy of Moscow was founded by Prince Daniel. The state was also known as the “Grand Principality of Moscow,” or simply, “Muscovy”. The Moscow princes, who at first still preferred to name themselves Grand Princes of Vladimir, learned to please the Mongol khans, and earned special privileges at the expense of other principalities.
Ivan I (Ivan Kalita), was good at collecting all the tax money from fellow princes and giving it to the Mongols. They in return recognized him as the Grand Prince of Moscow, superior to all other princes.
Moscow’s importance grew even more when the Russian Metropolitan (head of the church) moved his residence from Vladimir to Moscow. The Grand Duchy of Moscow gradually absorbed all the neighboring lands, and became the central power in, what is now, Western Russia.
VICTORY OVER THE MONGOLS
In 1380, Prince Dmitry Donskoy felt he was strong enough to oppose the Mongols on a battlefield. He beat the Mongol army in the 1380 Battle of Kulikovo. Two years later, however, the Mongol Khan, Tokhtamysh, conquered Moscow again and re-established his rule over it.
Thus, the end of Mongol rule was not a single event, but rather a very long process. It took another hundred years for the rulers of Moscow to rid themselves of the Mongol yoke for good.

City of the Tsars: 7 Facts about Saint Petersburg

More information about the video content bellow:
1. St Petersburg is one of the most visited cities in Russia, attracting tourists for many reasons. Some come for the architecture, some for the history and others to experience the rich culture.
2. St Petersburg was founded by Tsar Peter I. It is widely believed that the name was chosen to honour himself. But in actual fact, the city was named after the tsar’s patron saint, the apostle Saint Peter. After World War I, there was widespread anti-German sentiment, and so the city’s name was changed to Petrograd, which sounded less Germanic than Sankt Peterburg. Following the socialist revolution, the city was renamed again to Leningrad, to honour the communist revolutionary, Vladimir Lenin. The city’s name finally reverted back to St Petersburg after the fall of the Soviet Union.
3. St Petersburg used to be Russia’s capital city. Just 10 years after the city was founded, St Petersburg became Russia’s new capital city in 1712. Except for a brief four-year hiatus, the city would remain the country’s capital for the next 200 years. It was only during the Revolution of 1917, when the country started to cut itself off from its imperial history, that Moscow regained its title as Russia’s capital city.
4. The Winter Palace was the official residence of the Russian Emperors from 1732 to 1917. The palace was constructed on a monumental scale that was intended to reflect the might and power of Imperial Russia. The storming of the palace in 1917, as depicted in Soviet propaganda art and Sergei Eisenstein's 1927 film October, became an iconic symbol of the Russian Revolution.
5. It would take more than 10 years to see the entire Hermitage. About three million people visit the Hermitage Museum annually, but none has ever seen the whole, vast collection of Russia’s most famous museum. It is estimated that if a visitor spent around one minute at each exhibit, it would take more than a decade to go round the entire museum.
6. 10% of the total area of St. Petersburg is covered with water. The city is located on 42 islands, has over 300 bridges. Tsar Peter I envisioned the city to be like Venice, where its citizens would move around by boat.
7. During the Second World War, while St Petersburg was still known as Leningrad, German forces surrounded the city, cutting off entry and exit points. Hitler had planned to hold a celebratory banquet at the Astoria Hotel once he conquered the city. Despite the odds, he never succeeded. People were starving and surviving freezing temperatures without access to water or electricity, for almost 900 days. Millions of civilians died, but they were determined to protect their city until the end. Local radio stations played the sound of a ticking metronome so that locals knew that their city’s heart was still beating. Beneath The Monument to the Heroic Defenders of Leningrad you can still hear the city’s beating heart.

Stalin speech - November 7, 1941 [English subtitles]
To mark the 98th Anniversary of the October Revolution - we published Stalin's Speech given to Red army troops on their way to fight Hitler's marauding Nazi Invaders on 7 November 1941. Troops marched directly from the Military parade and rally held in Red Square to the Front. Many would give their lives to vanquish the most terrible imperialist force ever assembled in history.
The Speech remains as moving and inspiring as the day it was first given, a great monument to the incredible sacrifices of the heroic Soviet People in the Great Patriotic War, as they knew the war to defend themselves from Fascism, that the Imperialist powers call World War Two.
And let's remind ourselves: What has JV Stalin, at the head of the CPSU(B) and the USSR, leading the third international and all progressive humanity done for the Workers of all countries? What is their lasting legacy that cannot be undone - and why do we continue to mark the October Revolution?

STORYLINE
Russian opposition protesters gathered in a Moscow square on Thursday to demonstrate against President Vladimir Putin and the detentions of fellow protesters.
Under a statue of 19th-century Kazakh poet, Abai Kunanbaev, some protesters sang while others slept in a peaceful display of resistance.
Drawing their inspiration from the worldwide Occupy protest movement, the activists planned to demonstrate around-the-clock.
Occupy Abai is happening. It is a sort of a joke of course, we have nothing against Abai, so 'Occupy Abai' is a hashtag on the internet, said opposition leader Ilya Yashin.
Our main demands are directed to the acting authorities and personally to Vladimir Putin because the responsibility for what is happening lies personally with Vladimir Putin, the responsibility against using force against peaceful people lies with Vladimir Putin, Yashin added.
Moscow police have taken a hard line against opposition protesters this week, beginning with the detention of hundreds at a rally on the eve of Putin's inauguration as president for the third time on Monday.
More detentions occurred on inauguration day and on Tuesday, when protesters who took over another Moscow square for an impromptu rally were dispersed by police.
Two of the opposition's most prominent leaders, Sergei Udaltsov and Alexei Navalny, were sentenced to 15 days in prison on Wednesday for failing to obey police orders.

Tension as Russia motor bikers arrive in Bulgaria
(1 Jul 2016) Members of the controversial Russian motorcycle club Night Wolves – known for their vocal support for Russian President Vladimir Putin – arrived on Friday in the Bulgarian capital Sofia.
Opponents of the visit waved Bulgarian, Ukrainian, NATO and European Union flags and shouted Putin-terrorist! and This is not Moscow!
Pro-Russian demonstrators displayed Soviet hammer-and-sickle flags and Russian flags and chanted Russia!
A high police presence prevented clashes between rival demonstrators.
The arrival of the Night Wolves in Sofia marked the first leg of their Slavic World 2016 bike tour, which will pass through numerous Balkan countries on their way to the Slovak town of Nitra.
The announcement of the Slavic March 2016 drew criticism in local media and on social networks, with some fearing a Kremlin provocation behind the initiative.
The motorcade of some 30 riders included Russians as well bikers from Eastern European countries.
Ahead of the bikers' arrival, police took two people into custody outside Sofia's Alexander Nevsky cathedral as tensions rose between rival groups.
