PSV2004 PetitStRichardson, PSV, Petit St. Vincent, Grenadines
Petit Saint Vincent: The entire island is the resort, the resort is the island! Take a brief vacation and enjoy the relaxing sights and sounds of PSV. Ah, I feel better now.
Petit Saint Vincent is a 122 acre private island resort located a 45 minutes boat ride from Union island in the Grenadines. The resort features few widely scattered guest cabins giving extreme privacy. An attentive staff makes for a great and relaxing vacation.
Petit St. Vincent - snorkeling off the Atlantic jetty
The Atlantic jetty provides easy access over the reef for snorkelers. There are several reefs (dark spots in water) within easy swimming distance from the shore. These are especially convenient spots for those staying in cottages #6-15 on the beach.
Snorkelers should be aware these locations are also frequented by local fisherman. Keep an eye out for the occasional boat and for the fish/lobster traps.

Caribbean Diving St. Vincent & Grenadines - Petit Byahaut
Caribbean diving at it's best can be found in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, here's just a brief glimpse at what you can expect to see!
Indigo Dive - Explore Petite Byahaut one of St. Vincent and the Grenadines most diverse dive sites, where divers will find coral reef, wall, rock and muck diving environments, with lots of fish, color and of course critters!
Mopion island - Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
Supposedly the smallest island in the Caribbean, Mopion is more of a cay (a low inlet mainly composed of coral or sand) and its size depends on the tides. But its iconic umbrella is never quite submerged.
The very first name of the island seems to have been Morpion, with an R, “morpion” being the French word for “pubic louse.” But over time it appears the R has been removed according to more common Caribbean speech patterns. Mopion is part of the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines island chain and is considered by many to be a sort of geographical mascot for the whole area. It’s easy to see why.
A pure sandy beach surrounded by a lovely underwater reef, Mopion is a quiet gem in the middle of turquoise waters. At just 100 feet (30 meters) long or so (depending on the tides), the small sandbar is so low that a thatch umbrella was built on it for the sailors to spot from a distance to avoid dashing their vessels on the reef. The straw parasol is also the only protection against the sun for anyone marooned, intentionally or otherwise on the idyllic little piece of land. Visitors are also known to leave their mark carved into the trunk of the umbrella.

Ambient scene of Mopion, a beautiful little island in the Grenadines
This is a small sample of some static scenes we filmed on Mopion, a tiny deserted island in the Southern Grenadines just off the coast of Petit St Vincent and South of Union Island. It is well known for its signature palm tiki hut and pristine sand. Surrounded by turquoise water and beautiful reefs for snorkeling make this tiny island one of very large appeal to all sailors that cross its path.
