Best way to Experience the Sahara Desert | Camping in Merzouga, Morocco
The final Morocco vlog is here! Camping in the Sahara Desert at a spot called Merzouga.
Here we rode camels to our remote campsite, spent the night eating Moroccan food and listening to music played by the locals.
In the morning we made our way back to our new campsite by camel ride before jumping into some Jeeps to go on Safari.
To end it all a big long 13 hour bus ride to Marrakesh so we can finally show you what staying in a Riad is like.
Next stop: Flying home to surprise Jess's brother for Christmas!

Sahara Desert of Marrakesh - Meeting the Berber People of Morocco
Just outside of Marrakech, Morocco, are the Atlas mountains and the indigenous people that live there known as the Berbers. On today's travel, the locals gave us a raw and real look into their daily lives. After we went on a Sahara style adventure without going on the 9 hour drive from Marrakech to the Sahara desert with LG gram, a fantastic, portable travel laptop. Scarabeo camp just outside of Marrakesh gave us the next best thing with camel rides, luxury tents, and incredible star gazing. A huge thank you to LG for partnering with me on today's adventure and providing me an LG gram, equipped with 22.5 hrs of long-lasting battery.

2019 Morocco Family Trip vlog - Marrakech to Erg Chebbi
In March 2019 we traveled to Morocco for a 9 day family trip. This was our first time experiencing Arabic and Berber culture. We enjoyed shopping in the souks, hiking the incredible landscapes, riding the camels and visiting the magical desert. Watch in HD!
We started out in Marrakech, before driving through the Atlas Mountains to Ait Ben Haddou. We spent a night inside at Kasbah Tebi, with no electricity. We continued on to the Todgha Gorge (or Todra Gorge, as it's also known), where we completed a via ferrata route and enjoyed the hospitality of Auberge le Festival. From there, we drove to Merzouga and headed out into the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi for 2 nights at Desert Luxury Camp. We returned to Marrakech along a similar route, this time visiting the Dades Gorge and the beautiful Monkey Fingers Canyon. Our last stop before reaching the city was in Tisseldey at Irocha. Back in Marrakech, we ate camel burgers at Cafe Clock, visited the Koutoubia Mosque and Ensemble Artisanal, got henna tattoos at the Henna Art Cafe, and enjoyed the souks and Jemaa el Fna one last time before heading home.
Filmed on Canon 77D, Hero 7 Black, and iPhone 6.

Sahara Adventures
The wild desert of Morocco, shot on the Canon 1dx mark ii and the Sony a7iii.
Nomads all over the world are disappearing fast due to modernisation, climate change and marginalisation and with them goes their legends and survival methods as most nomads do not have a written language to record their ways. There are still some nomadic communities in the world but not in places so wild and isolated and that is what makes this part of Morocco so unique.
For four days, my friend Kylevollaers and I spend our time trekking with nomads and their caravan of camels. We tried to capture every moment through images and videos, immerse into their culture and feel what it was like living a simple, calm and slow life for once. I felt what being off grid in one of the calmest and isolated places on earth does to you and it was an experience I will never forget and keep thinking deeply about.
Thank for the incredible adventure:
