Un Plan paysage pour la route 138

Après diverses discussions auprès des acteurs du milieu et grâce à l'engagement de plusieurs partenaires, la table de concertation sur les paysages comprenant les MRC de la Côte-de-Beaupré, de Charlevoix et de Charlevoix-Est a présenté le 25 septembre dernier à Baie St-Paul au Moulin la Rémy, le plan paysage de la route 138.
Ce plan paysage de la route 138 allant de Boischatel à Baie-Sainte-Catherine se veut un outil de référence à différentes instances pour redonner entre autres à cet axe routier un lien identitaire avec la région en s'appuyant sur une signature artistique.
Pour en parler, je rencontre Françoise Roy, chargée de projet à la Table de concertation sur les paysages et tout de suite après son intervention, Michel Bélanger, directeur général de la MRC de la Côte-de-Beaupré, nous parle d'un projet d'embellissement qui pourrait voir le jour en 2014.
