Two weekly rentals of a sleep two studio or a hotel room for a guest cost 50% more than annual costs for a studio quarter share. Space available allows you as an owner access to Sugarloaf , Jordan Grand or the Grand Summit for an average cost of less than $35 a day. So you have access to skiing during your off weeks.
When you buy a ski quarter share directly from Dave closings can be done quickly and efficiently through Dow's Law Office. Closing costs there are about roughly $500 plus transfer fees and tax stamps. All units come with a warranty deed and title insurance is about $100.

These units are selling for 25% of the original pricing when they were built.
