Blue Mountains Walks: The Pulpit Rock Track, Blackheath NSW Australia - fantastic views
PLEASE SUBSCRIBE! This another classic cliff top walk in the Blue Mountains. Leaving Govett's Leap Lookout, the track descends to Pope's Glen Creek and Horseshoe Falls and then follows the cliff top around to the Pulpit Rock Lookouts. The return is by the same route (alternatively, you can follow the road back into Blackheath but you will still be a long way from where you started at Govett's Leap Lookout). The round trip takes 3-4 hours - less if you are in a hurry. The track is in reasonable condition in most places but poor in others, especially as you approach the creek. Naturally, there is an abundance of great views, including Horseshoe Falls which most people never see because they are hidden from view around the main lookout at the car park. Blue Mountains Walks: Pulpit Rock Wilson's Glen Ross Cave at Mt Victoria
PLEASE SUBSCRIBE! Here is a pleasant walk of 1-2 hours at Mt Victoria. Commencing at Pulpit Rock, at the end of Kanimbla Valley Rd, the track descends through Wilson's Glen and returns to Kanimbla Rd after passing numerous sandstone rock shelters. There are great valley views for much of the way and you could spend much longer exploring the many ledges (taking great care, of course). All Blue Mountains blogs and videos

Govetts Leap to Pulpit Rock walk
This Queen's Birthday Long Weekend Holiday (in NSW, Australia), has recently given my family the chance to catch up with long time friends who still live in Sydney.
What better way to do this, then to met them about half way.
I'm sure you can all appreciate that about one minutes' worth of video simply can't do justice to everything that was seen & done over 2 1/2 days of walking in the World Heritage listed Blue Mountains National Park. But it should give just a small bit of an idea of what we got up to. Thumbs up.
The bird images are included to show the power walkers what they miss by trying to set records. lol
Now remind me again, about the meaning behind the often cited taking the time to smell the roses phrase?
Kind regards Mick
