Just saying hello from the ski area.
It was ¥23,000 ($185) from the hotel, travel from Tokyo to Nagano by Shinkansen, 2 meals, ski rental and lift ticket for 2 days.

Japan's Kongō-class Aegis missile destroyer Phalanx CIWS demonstration JMSDF DDG-175 Myoko
JDS Myōkō (DDG-175) is a Kongō-class guided missile destroyer in the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF). Myōkō was named after Mount Myōkō.
She was laid down by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in Nagasaki, Nagasaki on 8 April 1993, launched on 5 October 1994; and commissioned on 14 March 1996.
In January 2008, it was announced that Lockheed Martin received a US$40.4 million contract modification to provide Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMD) capability to the Myōkō, the third Kongō-class destroyer to be so equipped.

Myoukou is the T7 Heavy Cruiser that revolutionized the heavy cruiser world. At the time of their launching they were the first IJN cruiser to violate the Washington Naval Treaty and their 15,000 ton displacement at full load wouldn't be matched by US cruisers until the Baltimores set sail! Crazyness! The 5x2 20.3cm gun mounts were also some of the heaviest armament put on a cruiser at that time! In game though, Myoukou leaves some to be desired. Basically she suffers from being overly weak given her heavy displacement. Her guns require a lot of your broadside to be showing to use which is an unfortunate side effect of the gun configuration. Overall she's just ok.

Myōkō was the lead ship of the four-member Myōkō class of heavy cruisers of the Imperial Japanese Navy , which were active in World War II.She was named after Mount Myōkō in Niigata Prefecture.The other ships of the class were Nachi, Ashigara, and Haguro.
