Uganda together with Rwanda and Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) set up measures to curb insecurity in Virunga Forest ParkAfter a two day meeting regarding Greater Virunga Transboundary Collaboration (GVTC) in Kampala, the three countries have to sign as governing treaty around the protected area across borders.The Minister of Democratic republic of Congo in charge of Environment Anseline Paluku said they agreed to increase the Special investigation techniques to arrest the poachers.
