It was only chance that the mountain was discovered. During the World War of 1944, the people of Sioux took refuge in the mountains to protect themselves from the scourge of war. It was a surprise when they discovered that it was full of tombs and wonderful mummies that would evade the hearts of those who saw them

A Donkey Cart to The Dead Mountain and Oracle Temple, Siwa Oasis, Egypt

You wouldn't think that small, Siwa Oasis would have so many sights. We hired a donkey cart for a ride to the Dead Mountain and Oracle Temple. I don't know what possessed us. It's intensely hot, dusty, sandy and a gazillion flies are nesting in my nostrils. A person needs a good sense of humor to ride in a donkey cart.

Ali Baba (our donkey) trotted off off to the Dead Mountain or Mountain of the Dead (I'm not dead yet...) that is honeycombed with tombs that date back 3200 years. The Siwans used the tombs to hide from the Germans during World War II when they thought Rommel was coming.

Assassin's Creed Origins - Mountain of the Dead Tomb Walkthrough & Location

Walkthrough & Location of Mountain of the Dead Tomb in Assassin's Creed Origins (Siwa region).
Finding all tomb locations and completing them is needed for the Old Habits trophy / achievement (completed all locations).

There are 19 Tomb Locations in Assassin's Creed Origins (ACO). The easiest way to reveal all of them is by buying the time saver Tombs Map in the online market (open inventory and press D-Pad Right). You automatically get 200 online currency for free after the first few main missions. That's enough to unlock the tombs map from the store.

The tombs are puzzle labyrinths. You need to light your torch to see anything (hold D-Pad right to pull out the torch). Then you must find the tomb's Ancient Tablet. This counts as completing the tomb. Tombs also contain Silica, which is the material required for the secret Isu armor (you need 50 Silica for it). The Silica are yellow glowing rocks found inside the tombs. In this video series I also pick up whatever Silica I find along the way. I ended up finding 80 Silica total, more than enough to get the Isu Armor.
